Kevin Hart has been released from a Los Angeles hospital amid his recovery from multiple spinal injuries in a Malibu Hills wreck earlier this month that led to surgery.
The Philadelphia native, 40, will be taken to a live-in physical rehab facility where he's expected to remain for a week's time, insiders told TMZ on Wednesday.
